The Agency for Economic Analysis and Forecasting
is an Executive Agency attached to the Minister of Finance as per
the State Administration Act. The Agency together with other ministries
and institutions elaborates and suggests specific economic programmes
and observes and assesses their implementation. The AEAF participates
in the pre-accession negotiations and the preparation of Bulgaria
for a full-fledged membership in the EU.
